What's the difference between scoring and grading? When working through a product, we want to make sure that we are able to score each item and give feedback to the learner. A score describes the degree to which an answer is correct or incorrect. A teacher should use data from scoring to inform the grading per standard - being certain to address performance against the standard only, and leaving room to prescribe improvements that may fall outside of the standard.
